When you sign up, you'll complete a nutrition coaching form to get some basic details, followed by a 15-minute discovery call to chat about the best programme for you. From here, you'll complete a 5-day food diary to allow an insight into your general eating patterns.

We will then complete an in-depth analysis of your current nutrition, lifestyle, activity, habits and goals via a 60-90 minute video consult. This allows us to put together a realistic and sustainable plan that works for you.

Once you receive your plan, we will have weekly 30 minute online check (either via message or call) with feedback to consistently keep you accountable and adjust your plan where necessary.

Progress and plan reviews via 1 hour video call every 4 weeks, allowing us to review your progress in more depth and plan for upcoming events such as competitions.

Access to your own, ever adapting plan. Accountability from me as your coach, with unlimited access to message me whenever you need support, motivation, recipe ideas, tips or even some home truths!

Please Note
As this is a rolling membership, you are welcome to utilise the service for as long as you need, making it ideal for those preparing for a big event/race. However, to see the best, and longer-lasting results, at least a 3-month commitment is recommended for optimal progress

An in-depth analysis of your current nutrition, lifestyle, activity, habits and goals via a 60-90 minute video consult. This also includes, Dietary Analysis, your Personalised Nutrition Report and Nutrition Plan which is aligned to your training, lifestyle and competition demands.

When you sign up, you'll complete a nutrition consultation form to get some basic details, as well as a 5-day food diary to allow an insight into your general eating patterns (this allows the plan to be created post-consultation).

Follow up Consultation

Following your initial consultation and provision of your nutrition plan, we will meet in 4 weeks time to discuss your progress, goals and make any required changes to your plan. This call will last around 45-60 minutes.

You can choose to have as many follow up consultations as needed (or choose to then sign up to on-going nutrition coaching). If you feel you may benefit from more prolonged, in-depth support, one to one coaching is likely the best option for you!
