What do I actually get?

Personalised Plan 

Based on your initial form, you will receive a personalised plan with your goal caloric intake, macronutrient split, meal timing examples and a general structure for the 8-weeks. You will then gain access to a meal planner, allowing you to take charge of your day, with instructions of how to use this and personalise it to your days. No generic goals or daily meal plans - a personalised approach to nutrition!  

Nutrition Coaching

You will have a weekly check in and access to whattsapp support whenever you need it. Every 2 weeks you will get a 30 minute zoom consult to really discuss your progress and make any adjustments needed to your plan. Your progress will all be monitored and recorded on your plan. It is all about making this plan work for you. As your nutrition coach, I can also talk to any trainer/PT you may have to see how we can align your goals!  

Recipe Bank 

A big range of recipes will be made available to you that you can easily add into your meal plan at any time. All recipes will have a macro breakdown, recommendations of best timings to consume and swaps for different dietary requirements. No constant chicken and rice meal prep in this plan - variety and enjoyment is key!   

Continued Education

Daily tips and educational pieces will be made available to you to enhance your knowledge around nutrition - we want you to understand why you're making the changes you are to allow for a life long buy in and change for good, not a short term fix!
