1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Whether you're looking to improve sports performance, alter body composition, or generally improve your overall nutrition, this is for you.

Starting with an in-depth online consultation, we will discuss in detail your current nutrition and lifestyle habits, goals and current barriers to achieving this.

Together, we will find a practical, and realistic way to create meaningful change.

Nutrition Talks/Workshops

Whether you're a university, school, sports team, a corporate firm, or an independent gym, I can provide tailored nutrition talks for your members/employees.

With the possibility to incorporate practical tasks and competitions, your group will be engaged, and learn the importance of nutrition for their health, fitness and specific goals.

Body Composition Testing

As a level 1 ISAK accredited anthropometrist, I am able to complete body composition testing in the form of skin fold measurements. This can provide us with a good estimation of body fat, and specifically the areas where you may hold more.

Especially if looking to lose body fat, or gain muscle with minimal fat increases, we can use skin fold measures to see progress overtime.

A great tool that can compliment ongoing nutrition support.
